It’s our ultimate aim to offer top-class services to our customers and ensure that you have a good experience with Ayushveda Informatics. The function of our 30-day return policy is to ensure forthcoming customers have the opportunity to test Ayushveda Informatics out risk-free. These are the certain needs & requirements to qualify for the refund policy.

To qualify for the refund policy:

1. Must accept a call from our Support Specialist for feedback.
2. Must outright our Exit Survey.
3. Must curate at least 1 project.
4. Must give feedback and allow our creatives at least 2 attempts to make the project right.
5. Must have signed up for at least a month’s subscription.

Eligibility for refund is nulled if…

1. You “APPROVE” the work submitted.
2. You are past the 30-day refund policy of the primary month.
3. Once you request or download source files.

Plans ineligible for refunds

The following plans are not eligible for refunds.

1. All annual and quarterly plans
2. Plans that are a share of a sponsored program
3. Partnership programs

Any legal action brought by either you or Ayushveda Informatics shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in United States, Camden County, NJ, and the Parties hereby consent to and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such state and federal courts. Application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transaction Act (UCITA) are excluded from these Terms of Use. In no event shall any claim, action, or proceeding brought by either Party related in any way to the Site be commenced more than 6 months after the cause of action arose.

Corrections

Fees and Refunds

When you agree to pay the monthly fees itemized during registration in full each month afore any services being portrayed by Ayushveda Informatics under this Agreement. You further agree to authorize Ayushveda Informatics to automatically charge your method for the fee on each recurrence of your registration date, based upon your billing frequency (e.g. monthly, quarterly, annually). Your account and access to services and files may be prorogued in the event of non-payment of applicable fees. 

You may withdraw our services anytime either by contacting support@ayushvedainformatics.com or by speaking to a representative. After cancellation, we will keep your logins and account active so you can access all preceding submitted files until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing and offerings at any time without prior notice.

Ownership, Copyright, Trademark, and Provided Files

All matter and original source files created while you are enlisted with us are yours to keep and own. You must provide our creatives with sufficient information and instructions to fulfil the work. All files submitted to Ayushveda Informatics must be owned by you and not be filched from another entity. You are 100% responsible for all materials submitted to us to crafts the required for you. Even in the completed task that we submit to you, we are not responsible for any encroach on intellectual property rights.

You agree to redress, defend, and hold harmless Ayushveda Informatics and its affiliates,members, managers, agents, successors and assigns from and against all claims, demands,responsibilities, damages, and costs including, without limitation, its reasonable solicitor’ fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your rift of any of the terms of this Agreement, (ii) your use of the services provided by-virtue-of the Site, and (iii) infringement of third party’s intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

Releasing Completed Work

We at Ayushveda Informatics clasp ourselves to a high standard of delivery and would never discreetly submit final files with errors to you. However in an infrequent occurrence that you do receive a file with errors, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to swiftly make the revisions and re-submit to you. Ayushveda Informatics is not liable for any loss of business or  revenue incurred from errors in our files. Please make sure you check the design before ordering print or wrapping up for marketing.

Confidentiality

All communication between you and any Ayushveda Informatics representative are held confidential. We will not disclose your private information or project information with unauthorized users.

Delivery Output

You may que as many design requests as you humanly can and all requests will be stored on our management software and systemized accordingly. Our team can work on multiple things at a time for you including revisions. You can also hault or dismiss a project if you no longer wish for that project to be completed. 

Third Party Websites and Content

Ayushveda Informatics has not reviewed or approved all sites linked to its Internet web site. We are not responsible for any contents of any such linked websites. 3rd Party Links does not signify ratification by us.
