Among all the Teams in the Ayushveda Informatics, this time Best Team of the Month is awarded to the Brajesh Singh and Team. The team members are: Mandeep Singh, Amarjeet, Abhishek Mahajan, Keerti Rani, and Jyoti Sharma. The team has scored good rating on many pre-defined parameters for Best Team. The team has performed admirable in client projects and has also received appreciations from the clients for their high-quality work delivered. They also did the finest job in the In-house projects as well. The team also fared well on the HRD criteria by availing the minimum leaves and adhering to the company’s policies well.

NITISH KUMAR
The nominations for the best employee of the month were: Nitish, Monika, Rohit, Mandeep and Sandeep Dhawan but Nitish outshine all others and is selected as the Employee of the Month. He is bestowed with good technical know-how and achieves his targets above standard. He recently gave the commendable presentation on the Google Algorithm.
We congratulate Nitish and hope that he will continue exhibiting this kind of performance in future also.
In the Training and Development session on 20th August, Amarjeet and Brajesh as a Team gave a presentation on newly launched networking site “Google Plus“. The presentation covers all the features of the Google plus and the thorough comparison with the another famous networking site Facebook was done. The similarities and difference between the both were pointed out. There was a good invlovement from the trainee side also.
Best Team of the month is Davinder Ahuja’s Team. The Team consists of Davinder, Parneet, Parvinder, Shamsher, Prabhjot, Nitish and Puneet. We hope that the Davinder’s Team keep up the good work. WIsh you all the very best and hope you will enjoy the Pizza Party.
We congratulate our SEO Manager Mr. Vijay Kumar for being selected as the Employee of the Month, June. His dedication and efforts have helped him to earn this award. We wish him all the best for his future endeavors also.
In the Training and Development session on 23rd July, Parneet and Prabhjot as a Team gave a presentation on ” SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION AND INDUSTRY” . They covered the complete evolution of the SEO industry, starting from the SEO in 1945 to the Google today. The presentation was the extensive coverage of the development in the Industry. This gave the deep insight of the industry to the new employees of the company and enchanced the knowledge of all the employee of attended this session.
Ayushveda has the Recogintion Programme, in which we select the Best Team for the Month. For the month of the May, this title is earned by Vinod’s Team. The Team consists of seven members, Aarti, Amarjeet, Anshuman, Abhishek, Keerti, Puneet and Vinod. With the cohesive efforts of the team members, this team has outshine all the other teams.
We wish that the members continue exhibiting this kind of performance in future also. They had gala time enjoying the Pizza Party which they got as a reward for their magnificent performance.
There are people who even under the extreme pressure situations come out with the flying colors. Among the Ayushvedians, the one who really comes under such bunch of people is none other than, Our Employee of the Month -May 2011, Ms. Parneet Kaur, who joined the organization last year only and in such a short span, has risen to such heights with her sincere efforts and sheer dedication.
She has set the benchmark for all of us, and we wish that all of us strive hard to reach to not only to that level but to keep increasing the mark. We, congratulate Parneet and hope that she will keep up the good work. Hope, she will reap the maximum benefit of the gift voucher.
Ayushvedians have come back with full force & this time the occasion is Holi that, falls on 20TH March, which happens to be a Sunday. Ayushveda Informatics took the lead by celebrating Holi Fest at its premises, on 19TH March, a day earlier. Ayushvedians just need an occasion to celebrate, & whenever such a chance is thrown on them they make full use of it.
For Ayushveda the year 2011 has started off with a bang and that was what we saw during the Holi Fest Party where the entire Ayushveda crew including SEO, Web Designing, and Content Writing Teams gave a demonstration of their talent and showed the kind of brilliance they can create. It’s not in their work only that Ayushvedians shine, but they display equal smartness in activities other than their job responsibilities. At Holi Fest celebration party this side of Ayushveda came out strongly.
The energy with which every member of Ayushveda performed different “Team Building Activities” was seen to be believed.
The party commenced with Tika-Karan, and each team member was welcomed by putting a shiny RED TILAK on their forehead.
Thereafter the performances began. Various “Skits” were enacted that involved renditions based on popular Films like “Gaddar” and “Sholay”. The team that came at the top was of Devinder’s. Their “Skit” was taken from the film “Sholay” and the scene enacted was “Ramgarh Ki Holi”. The role of BASANTI was played by “Prabhjot” and Davinder played “GABBAR”.
Thereafter, a mind-game called Mobius Loop was played. It involved cutting a piece of paper in a circular shape, and without a joint, so that it can pass through a person’s body from the head through the feet, easily. UMESH was the only guy who could do it successfully.
“Guess What”, was the last-of-all games that was played, where a team had to guide their team lead and the team lead had to guess the “name of a product” pasted on his/her back, and then the team lead had to draw that product on the white-board. Mandeep and his team were adjudged the winner of this game.
Thereafter, it was the time for announcements for the “Best Team of the Month” and the “Best Employee of the Month”. This month’s best employee was Vinod, who is also a “Project Lead” and handles client projects. A Rupees 500 meal Coupon was presented to him. Ashish and his team was announced the “Best Team for the Month of March”. A Pizza Party for every team member is the “Prize Money” that was announced.
From there on it was a free-for-all. Dry color powder was seen sprayed all over the area, as the entire Ayushveda squad joined in and threw dry Holi colors on each other. It was a frenzied scene, that carried on for a few minutes. In the end it was time to say Goodbye and to exchange Holi Greetings, and the celebrations ended with distribution of Chocolates.
We wish that such occasions be repeated more frequently, so that a more energetic, & united work environment gets created.

On the heels of Deepika’s departure, a new TEAM LEADER that has joined us is none other but the cool turbaned SARDAR PRABHJOT SINGH. We are happy to have him as one of the TEAM LEADERS, because he is not only ice cool, and a favorite of every team member but is also a hard working, sincere guy who will push-forward the company’s agenda through introduction of fresh ideas and by product innovations.
Prabhjot’s promotion is like a whiff of fresh air that will open the doors for more, and fresh talent to come in and display their skills, for driving company’s growth. We are elated by this announcement and thank the management who have made all this possible.
